[ale] Relay SMTP for Free

Unless you are connected to bellsouth lines with a bellsouth account and
bellsouth login, it will fail. That is the correct method.

Once you have a bellsouth ISP account, setup for email server to use
mail.bellsouth.net as the smart host. Then it will work.

If you are on another ISP providers line, bellsouth will not relay
email.
