[ale] Suggested Printer - Help installing ML-2010

I think that one has a linux driver either buried on the CD or on their
website. check linuxprinting.org for detailed location.

Basically what I have done in the past is to take the gzipped PPD and
put it in the /usr/share/cups/models directory and then it is available
for the web screen cups tool to find it.

If you want to use the printconfig tool that ships with FC, there is
another location that needs to be modified. I don't remember where that
one is.
