[ale] support for DV.Now card or other video card?

Perhaps your friend would like join us for our
Build-In<http://www.eff.org/broadcastflag/cookbook/buildin.php>-- a
project in which a crew of folks get together and build Mythtv based
PVRs.

The tenative date for the Build-In is 4/22/06. Location is yet to be
announce, but it will be lose to ALE Central's meeting location.
