Good-Willed citizens,

FORWARD THIS TO ANY LIST THAT YOU THINK MIGHT BE ABLE TO OFFER HELP and
CC me.

We're readying hundreds of VoIP Adapters.  And we're shipping the stuff;
it is being used! I listened in on a teleconference yesterday. Mark
Summers, president of Inveneo (an SF non-profit tech company), is in Bay
St. Louis right now. Mac Deaman (of Maximum Access www.inetsouth.com)
also has a team down there. Aaron Huslage is a main coordinator as well
(not sure where he's from). They are all working hard to see that
people are truly benefitting from our efforts. And we can't do this
without people like them

We still need help and will for the forseeable future. We were donated
between 500 and 1000 computers just this morning. We'll be loading
Windows on them. And, the VoIP devices still aren't finished.

I'm already here at Verso and plan to keep the shop open till 10pm.
same tomorrow. probably some of Thursday. TJ will call the schedule for
the weekend. I'll be headed to Hattisburg, MS on Friday to help clean
up. Maybe I'll find some VoIP opportunities while there. I may also
drive a U-Haul with stuff from Operation Stage Right, Atlanta!

I would like a webcam if someone could donate and set it up! We'll just
need it till the project is over. This will help everyone see what
we're doing here. If anyone would like to develop a couple of simple
databases/web apps, let me know as well.

Please let me know if you could help (katrina at itaki.net). Forward my
messages to other lists, please. We really are very short on
volunteers! We can really use the help. We could also use a couple of
Sysadmins (Linux) that could help remotely.

Thanks so much!
