You must have a valid RH EL 4 subscription.  I no longer have any, and 
now I get this:

    "Downloading of ISO images is only available to customers
     with paid entitlements to Red Hat Network."

Send me the file size for disc2 of Redhat Enterprise Linux AS 4 and I'll 
believe you. ;-)
