free, if you don't mind no support and have one of the approximately 3 PCs 
(or pretty much any Ultrasparc) it runs on. Otherwise, pricing starts at 
$120 / per CPU socket (Sun already ships dual-core, so they price per 
socket, not per CPU) for updates access only, and climbs from there 
depending on level of support needed.

That's assuming Solaris on non-Sun hardware. If you're getting bundled 
support for Sun hardware+OS, it's tiered based on the type of machine and 
the level of support.
