How true! I'm spoiled being the authority who grants permissions and has
the physical space to allocate for uses "as needed". 

Cooling is still an issue. I have learned the hard way to oversize
cooling supply by at least 1/3 so it doesn't have to work constantly
during load times. For AC compressors, a bit of downtime adds to the
life expectancy. For blowers, decreasing cold starts adds to life
expectancy. 

Lesson: Large compressors that can cool more than is needed with blowers
that never turn off.
