[ale] Help with Apache/Firewall forwarding rules

I"ve never set this up, but you might be able to proxy pass a virtual 
host.  So you set up a virtual host for dev.xyz.com on the firewall.   
And in that definition, you set up a proxy pass that goes to the 
192.168.0.41 machine.
