Let us know when/if you get Asterisk working.  I read the documentation
briefly and it looked like it required specific circuit types (T1, etc.).
Keep us posted!

I am so funny.  I bought the modem to take advantage of VOCP, which 
someone else posted to the list.   Too many toys to play with.

I've downloaded asterisk and built it.  I'll see what it's going to do 
for me.
