My friends father-in-law started a gig like this in the 50's and now is
Daddy Warbucks.  He was the engineer that developed the pacemaker for
Medtronics in MN.  Sweat Equity sure did help him out.  I love visiting
them in their house.  No need to walk up stairs.  I just take the
elevator.
