Oh yeah.  Of course, they deny it, but what else could it be?

I was frustrated with 10.0 to the extent that I did not upgrade my
wife's system.  ( I was going to say "wife's box", but decided that was
not a good choice of words. :-)  I'm thinking that 10.1 might be good
enough.
