Yes.  After you establish an ssh session with X11 forwarding enabled:

# ssh -X hostname (not -x; captial X enables X11, lowercase disables)

Launch it from the command line of your current ssh session:

# konqueror &

I used to do that on my Mac with a FreeBSD server that had X installed.
~ I believe it's generally not recommended for security purposes.
