One of my laptops had a hard drive crash (ca 3 feet :-) and I need a replacement. Can anyone recommend a quiet replacement drive ? This is for a fanless laptop and the only noise is produced by the hard drive. I would really like to do diskless over NFS/ipsec/802.11 using a small flash boot drive but don't have the time to set it up right now. Stephan
