[ale] PC hardware dealer recommendations

The Dell Precision 360n workstations are great.  We have two and have really 
enjoyed using them.  They will come with RHEL3.0 and will have an Nvidia 
Quadro FX video card.  I'd recommend the 20" Flat Panel at 1600x1200 too.  Or 
two of the flat panels!  These machines are dead quiet.  No noise unless doing 
heavy computations and then the CPU fans kick in for a little background wind 
noise.
