Unfortunately, no for local outfits that I've heard of.  I 
do usually have to followup with them on everything.  It is 
part of the game at this low a cost for parts and service. 
SGI's hardware support was much better at follow up/thru for 
us, but costs a lot more, so with budget cuts we had to drop 
their support.

I was thinking of the filesystem type such as ext2fs or xfs 
or reiserfs.  I know that dump and xfsdump were specific on 
SGIs for efs or xfs and one would not work on the other.
