[ale] Copying CDs with cdrecord

Would piping dd into cdrecord work?  I'd actually like to 
know how to do a data and audio CD in one step as well.  I 
have a Lincoln Brewster CD with a data track at the end that 
confuses Grip so the last audio track before the data track 
isn't encoded and only partially ripped.  I've successfully 
ripped this type disc with X-CDRoast by using the two step 
CD -> disk ->CD-R method and ignoring the data track on the 
burn.
