[ale] attempting to run Firefox gets me->cannot find mozilla runtime directory.....huh ?

I'm confused as to the path stuff you used. If I untar the firefox
binaries, I get the firefox command in the top of the
<path>/firefox-installer directory. I don't have a lib directory in it.

Which firefox are you installing? v. 1.0 will install into a directory
called firefox-installer. Inside is the firefox command that launches
the browser.
