[ale] Coyote Linux PPPoE negotiation with Speedfactory

I have had success with IPCOP and currently am running m0n0wall
(http://m0n0.ch/wall) with my speedfactory PPPoE connection.  m0n0wall is
running on a CDROM and floppy - which is used for storage.
