[ale] OT: bellsouth cuts off port 25 (inbound and outbound)

For what it's worth, a friend of mine on BS had 25 inbound cut-off.  He's 
opted to use no-ip.com, which essentialy forwards mail via SMTP on a 
non-standard port.  I am also on BS and continue to have no problems.
