It was RBL issues that seemed to have caused much of my spamassassin
problems. Suddenly, most of my clients began not receiving expected
emails due to a poisoning of the RBL's.  I went through and changed out
the RBL's and still had problems. I had to begin delivering even the
high scoring spam mail which ruined the email process. 

Grr. Spammers.
