[ale] Bind newbie question

you set up your primary [and sometimes a secondary] dns server with your 
registrar... they handle the dirty business.  it helps if you have a static ip.... hopefully 
you have a way to log into your registrar's website and alter the dns server record.  
you should have already set one when you registered the domain?
