[ale] Opinions on registrars...

It should always take 24-48 hours for any of the three "original"
toplevel domains to propagate if you change the primary dns server for
the domain. (For some reason, I've noticed new toplevels are faster,
[.biz, .info, etc..] go figure). 

However, if you always use a service like UltraDNS for your DNS servers,
you shouldn't _ever_ have to change the primary dns server for any
domain. I've been using them for well over a year now, and I can't say
enough good things about them. A, MX and CNAME records have a guaranteed
propagation of 5 minutes or less. (in practice, it's much less) 

Anytime this gets mentioned, I bring them up. I do this only becuase
Ultradns has made my life _far_ easier on several occasions. If you host
more than 3 or 4 domains, check them out.
