[ale] Spam tips - maybe - if you can filter email easily

I do mostly ba Black Baron's method. I use spamassassin to mangle
headers so anything with {spam?} goes straight to a SPAM folder.
Everything else is sorted by topic/sender/mailing list. What's left goes
into my INBOX which is new people or spam that got past spamassassin.
