Diebold is taking legal action against owners (and ISPs) of web sites
that criticize or question the security of its voting systems that
are being forced on voters:

It is unfortunate that our legislators (and those of Maryland, California,
and any other states using Diebold) tolerate this.  This would be something
to mention in your letter to your state and Federal legislator.  "The
Diebold system appears so insecure that Diebold tries to suppress
people questioning it without even acknowledging publicly whether those
claims are true."  I find this the mark of a dishonest and corrupt
company that we should not be doing business with.
