I haven't seen this mentioned but I may have just missed it,
www.1and1.com is giving away free hosting for 3 years, with no
advertisements.  You get ftp and ssh access, 500 meg of space and 10gb
of monthly transfer.  I set it up and so far I'm impressed.  I'm still
waiting for a catch of some kind, but you don't have to give them credit
card info, just your name and address.  Anyone else heard of this, good
or bad?
