Engineering is engineering. Some will get you a job, some will get you a
job making license plates.

Actually, I am implementing that allowance money be used to buy a ream
of paper for the big kids printer. 
A. It stops the Dee-Dee (see Dextor's Laboratory on Cartoon Network)
whirlwind from ricocheting through the office.
B. That last 300 sheets of web pages that were printed when only one
picture was really wanted get reused on the other side.
C. Paper that doesn't get reused becomes crayon fodder for the little
kid. 

Actually, my 13 year old is quite a bit better on the computer than most
of her teachers.
