[ale] best 32bit cpu

I have gone with AMD because of the price.  It all depends on what you are
going to use it for, example: for HW dependibility go Sun, if that is too
much $$ (and generally it is) go linux on something.  You might still want
to go 64 bit for the increased bus's and such.  It really depends on 1)what
you want the pc to do, 2)quality of the hw; 3) Price and $$$ and 4)what kind
of software you are going to run on it.

I expect to do a lot of multimedia on my next box so I am looking at dual
processors and a 64 bit architecture.  I would do a set of requirements
(just a simple list) and go from there.
