12 hours away or not, I would still contact the BSA and I would shoot an email to piracy at microsoft.com

I have no great love for Microsoft, but this sort of behavior is still illegal, and the company should be made aware of it.
Hopefully they will mend their ways and make sure than any software they load onto a computer is legally licensed, 
but if they don't and they get shut down this will serve as an example for any other computer companies in the area.

I am sure that all of the other computer stores in the area that do sell legally licensed software will thank you.

We had a computer store just up the road from where I work that got in trouble for doing this.
They are in the process of going out of business and selling off all of their inventory.
