I see a problem there:  disposal.  After you've racked up 100 CD-Rs, do you
really want to keep them all?  What do you do with them?  For Government
purposes, CDs are only really destroyed when they've been ground into sand -
that may be a bit extreme for most, but you really aren't going to want to throw
them in the trash whole, either (and they're toxic to melt/burn).  

CD-RW, I say.
