[ale] print & permissions prob. in LPRing

Hey Chris!
Maybe (I don't know just guessin') you should not comment out the REJECT 
SERVER line but configure it with NOT SERVER 192.168.1.104 since that 
would allow that server only and not all others?  Do you have available 
an explanation of that option?  The default may be to reject all hosts 
except local.  Just a guess.
