[ale] OT: Device to block calls w/o caller ID

I do this with my computer, although this may not be a workable solution 
for you.  My modem supports caller id, therefore, when a call comes in, 
the call is accepted or rejected based on what I see in caller id. 
Further, the caller id info is passed to festival which then presents 
the caller id info audibly to my computer speakers.

You'd have to have a separate line attached to a modem in order to do 
the same.  Then again, you could let your computer receive your faxes 
and still use the fax machine for sending them. :)
