[ale] renaming the group

MHO is that renaming the group is a mistake. Why not have divisions or (For the lack of a better term) chapters? This way we retain the name ALE and we avoid confusion (Which would certainly happen). Plus, it lets all of the other Linux Users Groups know that we are growing.
