[ale] SAGE-ATL?

I have never heard of their being local Usenix groups, only
SAGE-affiliates. I mean, there are regional Usenix groups, but only for the purpose of organizing technical conferences, as far as I can tell.
What with the late trend of different ALE groups meeting around town,
perhaps it would be suitable for one of these locales to follow a more
sysadminly track?
