[ale] OT: Need commercially licensed, industrial-strength FFT

ALErs-

I am developing software which needs a set of high quality, high
performance spectral transform and filetering functions. I would prefer to
license commercial source for such a library.

I cannot use GPL code. I could use LGPL, but would prefer somewhat broader
licensing (as in: "We didn't copy this, so you can use it without making
someone else mad"). I would really prefer a commercial product if I can
find and afford it.

It must build for MsWinXP-Pro, and I would prefer to have
cross-compatibility for *nix/GCC builds.

Thanks for leads.

If you _just_must_ flame such a request, please send 'em to ALE. I don't
set the conditions on this.

Thanks.
