[ale] website problems

This is driving me nuts.  I've trapped the packet data being passed from 
my firewall to the internet on two queries to:

https://mybenefits.csplans.com

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing here?  The first is the summary of 
the first few packets from a successful access to the site via lynx on 
the firewall:

So folks, help me out, what am I missing???
