[ale] Backing up Samba Shares

I'm trying to backup a remote Windows 2000 Advance Server Share

[root at moses Backup]$ ./smb.sh 
7764: session request to 192.168.2.6 failed (Called name not present)
7764: session request to 192 failed (Called name not present)
tar: Removing leading `/' from member names
tar: /tmp/192.168.2.6.Share.072403-130150.7758/sales/actbackup/41902Contacts.zip: file changed as we read it

The problem is that no one else has that file open.  Nor has it
been open.  If no one accessed it, what would cause that error?
