[ale] georgia-navigator now uses png..!

Hey guys, I just saw that the georgia-navigator.com site uses .png 
images if you're running mozilla or other W3C browsers.  I don't think 
IE supports PNG, so this that's a very cool thing.  It's the first time 
I've seen a major site offer enhancements to W3C browsers (aside from 
the server side delay I use on my own site).
