[ale] Georgia Tax Free Days and Monarch Computer

Read the docs on the tax free day.  Computer purchases may not exceed 
$1500.  Don't expect to pick up that bleeding edge system, with a 19" 
flat screen. :(

It says a single purchase of $1500 or less.  If it exceeds $1500, the 
whole purchase is taxable.  I guess you could buy the box, walk out, 
walk in, by the monitor.  Will this be permitted??
