	I run my own stratum 2 (colo) and have no problems syncing to
it from my other systems over Comcast.  My stratum 2 syncs with
{tic,toc,tyco}.usno.navy.mil and serves several dozen systems at stratum 3
and, as such, qualifies to sync to a stratum 1.

	You say you are syncing to stratum 2 servers?  Which?
