[ale] chroot oddity?

	if it is for RedHat, you don't have to do the lib and shell thing.
You just need to specify rootdir in /etc/sysconfig/named and create 
/dev/null, /dev/random, /etc/named.conf under this rootdir.
	of course, you also need to add an extra socket for unchrooted 
syslogd to listen to. so, you need to modify /etc/sysconfig/syslogd as 
below, as /var/named as the rootdir.
	SYSLOGD_OPTIONS="-m 0 -a /var/named/dev/log"
