[ale] a couple of notes regarding posting to the list

I'm not looking for total moderation, rather the other end of the 
spectrum.  As I've been checking, the ratio has been higher then 95%, 
often times, 100%.

What I was suggesting was to reject any that are not from subscribed 
addresses.
