[ale] Two console users on one system--is it possible?

If I put two video cards in a system I know I can get two displays.   Iwant 
to support two users with those two display--so two monitors, two 
keyboards, two mice.  Can this be done?  Is there a HOWTO for this?

My wife and I have desks right next to each other.  Why should we use two 
computers when we have a perfectly good multi-user OS right there?
