[ale] A licensing question...

I was looking at some stuff the other day that is under a GPL library
license.  There apparently are 2 different licenses.  The GNU site has the
lowdown on it.  Have you looked there ?  and how about the php site ?

There is apparently a "Lesser GPL License" now too.
