I believe so, but if I recall it is an easy one to fix. Many  mail
servers will reject mail from an account that does not have a valid
reverse DNS, and this appears to be the case. You need to make sure
sendmail thinks it's sending mail from mydomain.org, as opposed to
servername.mydomain.org.

I believe the line you are looking for is going to be something like
this:

# who I masquerade as (null for no masquerading) (see also $=M)
DMmydomain.org
