[ale] DSL SwitchOver Results?

SpeedFactory was my other alternative but their signup page wouldn't let me get very far. I figure if 
they can't get their new business forms working (which should be priority #1) that I didn't feel too 
confident that any issues I'd have in the future would be resolved very well. Silly page keeps on 
insisting that I didn't run the phone test (which I did) and I could get no further. I'm glad they're 
working out for you, however.
