[ale] SSH3.1.0 scp failure (a mystery to me)

Chris,
I've never run strace so looked at the man page.  Wasn't sure how to
identify the module needed to get the stream trace to work.
I did try the reverse connection as you asked.  I get the exact same
output.  I'm not in screen.  I'll try to up the debug level:

Check what debug level 3 gave me!

Try the other direction (log into per, copy from fluffy to per initiating 
the copy from per) and see if that fails the same way

Perhaps the "Not a tty" is why you're getting "No connection yet"? You're 
not using screen or anything like that are you? Can you throw an additional 
v in there for more info (or run it under strace)?
