[ale] Firewall settings for ICQ

2 applications that have helped me on figuring out what ports are being
used are.
1. iptstat  http://home.earthlink.net/~jaymzh666/iptstate/ 
	this will show all current connections through your firewall that are
processed by iptables
2. iptraf   http://iptraf.seul.org/
	Thia will sow all packets to, from, and through your firewall and
state. it supports multiple interfaces and runs from a command line.
