[ale] Is there a reason why some people use attachments for e mail messages?

Maybe Outlook, but if you format as plain text, rather than HTML (Mime) it
shouldn't.  I think the mime "parts" show up as attachments in most other
viewers.

I'm using Outlook. 

I know...
