Gotcha...

Do you have PHP installed and configured with Apache?  (Check your 
http://localhost/server-status to see if you do.)

If so, then add the following directives to your httpd.conf file:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php3 .php3
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php .html
