[ale] rpm bug

I tried all three suggestions after the --rebuild and none of them worked yet.
Still somehow, the rpm manager says that the packages have been installed:

NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-4191.rh80up_2.4.18_18.8.0.i686.rpm

installed[root at computer3 setups]# rpm -Uvh --allfiles 
NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4191.i386.rpm

        package NVIDIA_GLX-1.0-4191 is already installed
